Tulips!!!

Glad my last post made it up... i hate working against a clock, i pressed publish as it turned off.... i've never been great at deadlines ;) Today we took it slow, erin is still on low functioning commision, which is fine because i was tired, and sneezing like crrrazy. So today, we did TULIPS!!! it rained a smidge at the beginning, but most of the day was spent at Keukenhoff gardens, aka best place ever, tons of tulips of every variety, even the Jacqueline!(yes i took a picture mommy) really nice day. Then we did laundry! even more exciting. OOOh, but back to scotland for a second... Last day we went to a rare animal farm(which were not really rare, but were animals)... and got to feed hairy coooooos! It was great, there are pictures, i was happy like a toddler feeding goats and sheep and stuff... did get chased by one goose, damn birds, and a goat tried to eat my pants.... but I got to pet some baby lambs, and feed big hairy coos, it was fabulous.

we also went to a number of monuments, during which i learned a) william wallace was a bit of a psycho and sorta hero, but more to the point, the real braveheart was Robert the Bruce(aka the guy blamed on turning in william wallace in the silly movie)... Robert the Bruce, who was a king of scotland during the wars of independance was a true national hero, and a pretty neat guy... william wallace just was really good a going postal....

Alrighty, that's all for now... tomorrow it will be a couple museums, maybe the heinekin experiance, then on to an overnight train to Zurich....
